Trek Begins - Paro to Jele Dzong
Trek from National Museum (2,840m) to Jele Dzong (3,480m). 4-5 hours through blue pine forests. First night camping with views of Paro valley.

Jele Dzong to Jangchulakha
Trek to Jangchulakha (3,770m). 4 hours through rhododendron forests. Views of Himalayan peaks including Jumolhari. Yak herder camps en route.

Jangchulakha to Jimilang Tsho
Trek to Jimilang Tsho lake (3,880m). 5 hours through alpine meadows. Beautiful glacial lake camping. Mountain views and yak spotting.

Trek to Simkota Tsho lake (4,110m). 5 hours crossing high passes. Two pristine alpine lakes. Spectacular mountain panoramas including Gangkar Puensum, Bhutan's highest peak.
